A beautiful building consisting of 26 floors containing private high specification apartments in London EC1. Diesse Ltd worked in partnership with leading urban architects, Terry Farrell & Partners to find the specification that perfectly suited the scheme. The project requires a total of 6,500m2 of tiles for completion with 2000m2 of stock held in the UK to support the scheme and timed deliveries arranged weekly. Stock is replenished each month in conjunction with feedback from the sub contractor undertaking the work. The project is scheduled to be completed the end of 2015.
Situated within walking distance of The Shard at the heart of Southwark’s renewal and regeneration area. This project was completed at the end of 2014 with the tile order totalling 3000m2 to complete 85 properties. Each property had the floor areas fully tiled with under floor heating supplied via the developer. The project was spread across 3 buildings, which presented some challenges in terms of unloading materials on site. The solution was the use of tail lift vehicles and daily deliveries to overcome the lack of space on site. Diesse also advised on the adhesive and grout specification in partnership with Bal adhesives. An onsite visit enabled us to make sure the correct materials were specified within the budgets set.
Working with award-winning boutique interior design consultancy Suna Interior Design, Diesse specified product for this residential development at the heart of a London borough that is undergoing huge investment and transformation. Only a few minutes’ walk from Wandsworth town centre, this project required 600x600mm rectified porcelain for floor and walls in the bathrooms and en suites. The project is on going and likely to be completed early 2016.
