The Eagle is an art-deco style development of 275 new homes, a new public square, and employment space for hundreds of people designed by leading urban architects, Terry Farrell & Partners. It’s a new landmark for City Road, just north of Old Street roundabout, drawing on the heritage of the site to establish a modern-day site-specific Art Deco icon. Diesse worked alongside the architects to ensure a high-spec scheme throughout, requiring a total of 6,500m² of tiles for completion with 2000m² of stock held in the UK to support the scheme and weekly timed deliveries.
