London E14 2019 – Diesse worked closely with the Nu Living team to come up with a very impressive modern range of porcelain wall and floors tiles. The budget on this project was tight. 10,000m2 of tiles were supplied over 2018 and 2019. The site comprised of a collection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments; boasting sustainable modern living and impressive designs.
The Blackwall Reach Regeneration project is a partnership between the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and Swan Housing Association as its development partner.
The current phase of the scheme delivered 242 new homes consisting of three buildings between 10 and 24 storeys in height, the scheme will create a key link to the wider Blackwall Reach masterplan to the North.
Phase 2 of the scheme will offer 268 new homes, 154 for private sale, 15 for shared ownership and 99 for social rent.
